The Five Lives app is quality assured by our team of world-leading scientists and clinical experts, among them advisors from the University of Oxford. Five Lives has partnered with Dementias Platform UK (DPUK) and is conducting several research collaborations with this leading organisation. The dementia risk assessment integrated into the product is a Class I medical device registered with the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG Number 339850) in Australia and CE-marked in compliance with the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC in the EU and UK. Our dementia risk assessment is based on a bespoke machine learning algorithm trained on data from over 300,000 individuals tracked over 15 years from the UK Biobank database.

The Five Lives app is suitable to be used by people who are 50-73 years old and have not been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or dementia.

SUBSCRIPTION TO FIVE LIVES PREMIUM TERMS
Five Lives offers one auto-renewing subscription option, which provide you with unlimited access to the Five Lives product while you maintain an active subscription.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase.
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can go to your iTunes account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew.
If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
